Mine does not do that, it seems you need to have something leveled. This washer isn’t as quiet as my last front load washer, but it was a terrible washer and I wanted to go back to basics. It’s not as quiet but it’s not really loud either. Have someone come and check it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My washer doesn't vibrate at all. We did have to adjust the legs so that it was firm on the floor. There are two front legs that screw in and out on each corner. You can adjust these so that the washer is level.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does that too! We have to pause it and re balance the load and even take something out. And it is not overloaded. Yesterday I went to turn it on and it is DEAD. At four months old. I have the Geek Squad coming out next week. So now I have to go to the Laundromat until then. Ugh. I work full time, very inconvenient. I am thinking that maybe something came loose? Whirlpool saw my question promptly, same day that I wrote the question here and has responded. I am grateful for their attention. I know things happen but the washer is brand new and has not been used as heavily as others that I had when my four kids were at home.

Please try again later.Yes it is normal for this washer to vibrate mine does it alot read the manual that comes with it if you put it on high soil it spins very fast and the machine will shake big time. I turned it to light soil / lower spinning helps some with vibrating.Best of luck with this washing machine am not crazy about it but it beats going to a dirty laundry mat to wash my cloths.
