Hi Joal, Depending on the size of the load this can be normal for you experience vibrations as the unit is going through the final spin cycle and the larger the load the heavy the vibrations can be. We hope this helps.

Please try again later.Yeah for the most part, but check the levelness of the machine side to side & front to back & get it best you can....its much more critical than it used to be. Also check that all four glides are firmly to the floor. Obviously keep in mind that even though the basket is big, be mindful of how much you're putting in at a time & distribute weight as best you can. Hope this helps....
