• That is a very old design. You may have to buy used.

• Sunshine, the lid must be closed before the washer basket fills with water and for the wash cycle to start. If the lid is opened, the cycle pauses and all filling/agitation motion halts. Once the lid is closed, the cycle automatically resumes. However, if the Start/Pause/ Cancel button is pressed prior to opening the lid, the lid must be closed and the Start/Pause/Cancel button pressed again to resume the cycle.
