I just received this refrigerator but the "nightlight" on the ice maker stays on 24 hrs a day. The manual says it should go off during the day when there is ambient light. Anybody else having this problem? null

Ours stay on all the time but our kitchen is in the middle of the house and is relatively dark even in mid day. So that may be the reason.

Iv'e had my fridge since 9/15/16. My light is always on as well, but I wouldn't call it a problem since it consumes very little energy.
