The installation manual does cover this process. Basically you set the burner you want to adjust to "LO." Pull off the knob and hold the shaft with pliers and use a very small screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw that is down inside the knob shaft. Turning it clockwise (to the right) should lower the flame height. Counter-clockwise (to the left) should raise the flame height.
