Can you convert this unit to propane? null

Yes, the stove top comes with a package of orifices (jets) to convert fron natural gas to propane. I believe the natural gas regulator would need to be changed to a propane version, which is not included.

Yes you certainly can. There is a small device needed to do so, but your installer can get that for you.
