“I bought the Whirlpool refrigerator around an year and 3 months ago (with 2 year manufacturer warranty). My ice dispenser has stopped dispensing ice, although I see ice in the container. Please suggest what can I do. Thanks! CG”

You can try opening the freezer door and see if ice cubes are jammed in dispensing mechanism. Make sure the flap that closes in the dispensing device closes completely after ice is dispensed, if it does not close tight moisture will form and freeze it blocking ice flow. Best Buy can also send technician out, check your warranty info. Hope this helps.
