“After delivery, I noticed the doors are not even with the freezer side slightly higher. Anybody else have the same problem? Since nobody answers the phone at Best Buy and I am unable to get back to store this week, I was wondering if there is a solution .”

That’s just the way they are made due to hinge placement. See photo.
