“For the WRS571CIHB01 model, the generic user manual says "To Turn off all control and dispenser sounds, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, and then press OPTIONS again. When I do this, it makes a chime but I can't get it to turn the sound on”

Hi Frosty, According to the use and care guide it states. To turn all sounds back on, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode (unless you are already in Options mode), and then press OPTIONS again. If this is still not working and the sounds are not back on we would recommended to contact customer service for more information. We hope this helps.
