Take off the kick panel as you would for cleaning the bottom coils. It's easy to take off, just a little frustrating to wrangle it back on and line up the screw holes properly in order to thread the screws back in. You may as well clean the coils while you're at it. Just be prepared as these coils are slightly stacked and more difficult to clean.
