“I got a new refrigerator model WRS325SDHV and the ice maker is not turning on? What should i do? (the water is flowing ok from the dispenser, but not making ice)”

Alexandre, we are sorry to hear that your Whirlpool® Refrigerator is not producing ice. Please note that it can take 24 hours for some ice to be produced and it can take 72 hours for a full batch. If it has been past the 72 hours and you still do not have any ice, please contact us directly at 1-800-253-1301. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
