Just recently got this delivered. Every time I open the handle and especially if i open it slowly, the entire fridge rolls. The team that installed it stated, that since it has wheels, its by design. Does anyone have this issue? null

No, mine doesn’t roll at all. Mine is on a vinyl floor, maybe their floor is either a slick tile or wood, if so all they would need to do is get a roll of the rubber type shelf liner. Cut to fit under each front roller, should keep it in place & not mess up the floor.

I had the same issue, could not find out if the wheels locked or not so I just placed a kitchen rug underneath the fridge touching the front of the wheels and it stopped the movement. Hope this helps

We are having the same issue. The refrigerator is on hardwood floor and I could not find any leveling legs, unlike most refrigerators.

I have never had that problem. We have linoleum (vinyl flooring). Maybe it's the type of floor you have. Can you scotch the wheels with something?
