QuestionMy washing machine only has one outlet for a water hose and is supposed to hook up to cold water, yet the machine has cycles for hot water washes. Does the machine heat up the cold water or am I only going to get cold water washes?. Model # is W11330506A

- Answer The washer has built-in heater so the washer heat the cold water by itself to use for warm or hot washes. You will need to connect to the cold water only.

QuestionDoe this machine heat its own water? i.e. does it only have a cold water hook-up? I want to have hot water capability, but do not hove source/connection for hot water feed. My last alternate brand was single hook up, but internally heated.

- Answer This is the information from the Whirlpool site regarding electric requirements.: A 120 V, 60 Hz., AC only, 15 or 20 A, fused electrical supply is required. A time-delay fuse or circuit breaker is recommended. It is recommended that a separate circuit breaker serving only this appliance be provided. This washer is equipped with a power supply cord having a 3 prong grounding plug.

- Answer Washer only, no dry option, need the dryer for that. I would skip altogether, not a very well made unit.
