A:AnswerHello Flo,unfortunately, since the units are sensored and are determined on factors such as level of clothing and soil there is no way we can state the direct amount of gallons each cycle would use.
A:AnswerSo to do this you have to take off the ENTIRE front panel itself including the door to access it. I would recommend returning the washer immediately if you can. If you're stuck with it I would suggest cutting out an area in the bottom front area of the unit to easily access it since this is necessary every 2-3 months. The older models used to have a little door at the bottom front to access it but this is now gone. They also don't tell you anything in the manual about error codes or what all the cycles do. They really want you to call them and spend extra money on things that you should be able to do yourself and are easily available with other models.
A:AnswerHi, due to different sizes, styles, and fills of comforters it is hard to determine which ones will or will not fit. Filling material will vary from one brand to another and it is difficult to determine if a specific one will fit. Deep water wash does allow for extra water to penetrate synthetic fabrics, the main component of comforters. We hope this helps some.
