Hello Jake! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.does not wash 3 times. First is a prewash, then wash, then rinse. If you select a large load or with fabric softener, it will rinse twice. Unfortunately the machine does not have an indicator light to tell you which cycle it's in.
