Does anyone else think this washer is extreamly loud? Also my clothes almost never come out clean even on the heavy or bulky load null

Monica, we are terribly sorry to hear this. Please make sure you are not putting items directly over the wash plate in the middle but around the side walls. Mine is going right now with a small load in. I can hear it two rooms away even with laundry room door closed. It’s sooo irritating as I paid almost $1000 for it in November. (It’s also rewashing all the stuff that didn’t come out clean the first time.)

Strange, I recently bought one and you can barely hear it as it is very silent. Clothes come out clean.
