• Not sure if you will see this answer since you asked the question over a year ago. My older Whirlpool does not have a rinse and spin cycle either. But the way around it is to select "Extra Rinse" along with the "Drain and Spin" cycle...accomplishes the same purpose! Hope that is helpful.
