• This dryer was installed 11 1/2 inches from the wall at my house. The installer told me I could buy a flexible connector which would allow me to back the dryer up more.

• The dryer comes with a printed guide to show you how far the dryer should be to the wall. I had to push mine back an inch closer otherwise we would not be able to close our door. So far all is good.
