“Dryer not heating well. Just received delivery and installation by Best Buy of the Cabrio 7.0 Cu. Ft. 13-cycle electric dryer. It is not heating well, seemingly very little and clothes are not drying. Suggestions as to the likely problem ??”

This happened to me on the first 3 loads I tried to dry. It took forever. However, now after the 4th and 5th load it works great. Hope yours does also.
