My appliances were purchased through the In-Home Consultant Rep. and I requested that home delivery and installation services be added to my order. If you are ordering online I believe those options are provided and simply "click" on them to add to your order. If you run into problems, I have found that Best Buy associates are most helpful. Call the 1-800 number and I'm sure someone can help you place the order. Hope this helps!
