For some reason this isn’t drying. I’ve had to put it on high and the clothes are still not drying. Any ideas what the issue is? null

This is my first electric dryer so I did some research comparing it to a gas dryer before buying it. It dries at a lower heat and will take about twice as long to dry clothes. Be sure you are not using Fluff Air. Be sure your lint trap is clean.

I’ve tried both timed and sensor dry. I think it needs to go back. Terrible quality.
