• Steve, I have Total Tech Protection Plan and they picked up my old washer and dryer when they brought the new ones. We then bought a set for another location and they not only came and measured the area for free but the Tech guy showed me my options on his computer and I purchased the new washer and dryer right then. Very smooth job.

• Yes. It costs $25 to have the old dryer recycled or moved to a different location on your property. They will install the new one in the same location as the old one. Installation includes a new metal vent. I think that was also $25.
