“cabrio platinum. Two questions: can fabric softner be on when ego boost is selected (because mine won't let that happen) and why does the fabric softner compartment fill with water after each cycle. New New New machine not even a month old!!!”

Because economy means the best possible out of what is right for the environment. It fills with water to move along the softer.
