Everything stays in place. We can't put some things in it like baby nipples,etc

Small plastic lids should be okay, not sure what a tervis lid is. There is about 2 inches vertical room on the third rack. Not much room for anything to flip over

Measuring cups would not probably fit. Lids with VERY short handles might fit. Things stay facing down.
