Yes, the shelves pull out. However, to pull the shelves out you have to have the door wide open otherwise the shelves hit the rubber gasket that seals the door.

Yes the shelves pull out all the way for seasoning and hold well when pulled out to view cigars. Not sure why one answered that they don't.

Yes they do, ignore the no answer. You can pull the shelves out and they will even pull partially out so you can view what is on the shelf. If you want you can take all of the shelves and drawers completely out. They have to come out so that you can season them before using the humidor.
