• A:Answer You need to call the Geek Squad or drop by the store to make an appointment and ask them at that time. It depends on if you signed up for their Geek Squad service progrom, and it would be hard to set up this type of installation online, so I'd call or go into the store to make an appointment.

• A:Answer I don't think so. It's not hard though, reset the machine and add it to your list of devices. If you can use Apple TV or Alexa, this works the same.
