A:AnswerThis answer (non answer) is total waste. I have the same question. The person did not ask how much the cost just whether there is an extra cost to drill a hole.
The answer is either YES or NO it's included, period. What you answered implies it depends on the type of wall. Please it's an exterior wall of a house, period.
I can understand not quoting the price until the location is seen but you should have said YES or NO as the person didn't ask how much.
