I started by new winix air purifier last April 5 . Lately the light changes from red .. yellow and blue. What does the color of the light means.??

Winix recommends changing the carbon filter sheet every 3 months and the true HEPA every 12 months. The Winix 5300-2 does come with a change filter indicator for your true HEPA filter!

The average replacement for the Carbon filter is every 3 months. The HEPA filter is 12 months and the unit does have an indicator light to let you know when to change the filter. This time will vary depending on how the unit is used and what has to be filtered.
