• No. You can purchase it at bestbuy or anywhere. Bring it with you for your installation appointment.

• Mine was a gift purchased on the internet. And it was installed by Best Buy without any problem.

• I was told you dont have to buy. You can buy from wherever and they will still install it (as long as they get paid, they dont care)
