I purchased a backup camera and the online system offered a $49 install. We called geek squad and we're told just to go into the store with our receipt for an appointment. Thr store said nothing until we arrived for the appointment. We were told it was an online error and we had to pay $100 more. The manager refused to honor the deal stating it was the online departments error, not theirs. The install was fine but I will hesitate to purchase anything at Best Buy again.

Had a wireless backup camera to install. Great job hiding the power cable and transmitter. Installation was quick. It’s been about a month now and still working fantastically. Just didn’t like the phone system at local store as couldn’t talk to a person to reschedule.

The installers were wonderful. My only problem is Apple Car Play keeps disconnecting. I've tried changing the USB cord but it didn't work. Bluetooth and radio work fine. But I really enjoy Apple Car Play. I would change my review to 5 stars if it would be fixed.

The camera produces a clear image and the monitor displays great colors. There is a small delay when you shift into reverse. It is probably a second or two at the most. Being wireless there is a little interference at times. We are very happy with the product and purchased a second one for our son's vehicle.

I do appreciate the time and effort that the Geek Squad spent with installation. In addition, the install was quick and I also appreciate the brief explanation on how to work the device.

The service guy did a good job but I pre-paid for installation, brought my receipt, and they still tried to charge me $130. They “got it down for me to 50” but still, I had already paid. Frustrated about that, but the service was fine.

Mom just had her back up camera installed for her garmen this week. Only took 1 hour. My 82 year old mom is so happy with her Christmas gift & ease & speed of installation. Thank you so much Best Buy!

Installation was smooth . Great job , my first time I use Best Buy but did not regret since it was done great at a reasonable price . They gave me a great deal can’t say how much but they compensated me for being scheduled at early time but the installation was late . Can’t complain they know how to do there job and make customers satisfied. Thank you

After searching for an installer for the back up camera I received last Christmas, I stumbled upon the Best Buy Stereo Installation ad on-line Called them up and was surprised that they would install the camera even though it was not purchased there. The install was done professionally and even though I had to buy one extra part, $12.99 to make it work in my car, I was pleased with the whole process!

The installer took my car and quickly and expertly installed my wireless back-up camera. I work in electronics and I am currently injured or this would have been done by me. He did an excellent job, with a friendly and professional attitude in record time! I will go back and have my stereo upgraded after this job that was done so well! OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Tyler did a great job installing the rear view camera. He explained every step of the procedure and he was a professional at all times..

Stephen, at the Riverchase/Hoover, AL Best Buy was my installing technician. He was quick and very professional. All cables are hidden and only the tiny camera can be seen from the outside of the vehicle. I would definitely have this Best Buy work on my vehicle again should I want other electronics installed.

The agent installed my backup camera and did a very professional job in less than half the time quoted.

The Best Buy Installer in the car bay was very helpful and professional as well as doing a great job in under an hour even on a Ford Escape. He had to fish the lines to the back-up lights.

My backup camera installer was Steven at the Hoover, Alabama Best Buy. He was quick and did a very good job, hiding all cables and making it cosmetically esthetic as well as technologically functional! Great job...and I'd go back again.

The technician really knew his stuff and installed my backup cam quickly and competently. Very nice to deal with. If I purchase another product for my car, whether from Best Buy or not, that requires installation, I wouldn't hesitate to have Best Buy do the car installation.
