The tech did a great job installing the camera. He has to install new wiring from the radio to the camera and it works perfectly.

Had my back up camera installed by Best Buy. They did a great job, all wires well hidden and the installer was very professional and polite. He did make a mistake and set something wrong, so that the camera was actually showing the reverse image (I almost ran into a mailbox backing out of a driveway, luckily I was checking the outside as I was getting used to using the camera), a not uncommon problem according to the installation instructions. I had no problem when I returned to get it fixed. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's how they take care of their mistakes that shows the quality of the business. They were extremely professional, apologetic, and they fixed it immediately. I have no complaints.

They worked around my schedule and went out of the way to make sure I had the correct parts. They only had my vehicle for a couple house. I will use the geek squad again.
