Geek squad installed my backup camera and new stereo. Works great!

The installation was seamless though time consuming. It took 1 & 1/2 hour for the installation on my mid size SUV.

I wanted to buy rear view camera installation but I was told by Best Buy tech that this is wrong purchase for my service. Since then I am trying to cancel the service and have my money back but I had no luck. I was told to contact the installation team and I tried to call them, left voicemail several times to no avail. Now I am working with my credit card to get my money back.

If Best Buy has this level of tech support, I say go for it.

incompetent, waste of my time and money, per youtube and the vendor web site it is a 30-45 minute DIY task. Best Buy could not figure it out. If you could not mount the camera at the to of plate, there was a linchpin on the camera that you would remove and flip the camera, replace the pin to mount it to the bottom of the plate.

Ordered this service by mistake and need to exchange it for a regular "wired" installation. Should be a simple process but 2 days and 3 hours of being put on hold, explaining the situation, getting transferred and then disconnected and I am at my wit's end. This is the last time I'll ever buy any type of service from Best Buy's "Geek Squad." Absolutely deplorable customer service!!!!

I sat waiting for the hour and 30 minute install for over 3 hours. I went back asking why its not ready and was told its not working, they offered few options to me, threw my stereo back in and found bolts and screws on the seat, still no BACK UP CAMERA. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

They will only install on a specific list of vehicles. Ask before you buy this service. They will not do Dodge cargo vans or RVs based on a Dodge chassis.
