• Yes. There is a dashboard that references every single thing! Weight, muscle mass, body water, bone mass and heart rate if you choose to do so. Also added an activity tracker.

• The app tracks Weight, Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Body Water and Bone Mass. It will also pull information from the Apple Health app if you're into that ecosystem, such as steps, heart rate, etc.
