Basically, yes. But it can be adjusted so you feel reloads or shooting a gun for example. The music use is cool, to emphasize the bass etc

The synchronization with the actual beats of music or gaming is off. The product is a gimmick.; I am disappointed in my purchase and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
