“Hi! I ordered this Xbox One with Minecraft for my nephew. He received it but says Minecraft is not on it and there's no obvious way to download game. Was it to be built-in? That's what we expected prior to purchase. Please let me know! Thx”

We found the download info on the paperwork that came with it.
