Yes. There are two storage options that can be added. The first is an external hard drive with a USB 3.0 connection. With this drive you can store any game you download, but only Xbox One, 360 and Original Xbox games can be played directly from the drive. Xbox Series games must be transferred to the internal drive to be played.

The second option is a 1TB expansion NVMe drive that Microsoft and Seagate are partnering on. It will go into the proprietary expansion slot in the back of the Xbox Series units. All games can be stored and played from this drive. There is currently no price or release date announce for this drive.
