The "All Access" program is a partnership with Citizens Bank, so I don't think they can be bypassed. It seems the whole point is to have people open financing accounts ("loan") with Citizens in order to get the system and the service. You might be able to speed up the payments or cut one or two out (after speaking with a Citizens Bank rep), but I doubt they'll let you just pay the whole loan off in one go. Hope that helps.

Xbox Series S and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate may be purchased separately without the need for Xbox All Access, though.
