A:AnswerThey don't have any loyalty to customers. Spending thousands a year is meaningless to BestBuy. Scalpers will spend thousands everytime a product is restocked. They make more money selling to scalpers, so they don't care about anyone else. I asked customer service this question yesterday.
"yes at the time we do not have any sytem that allows us to do the stop for the bots to make any purchase"
"sorry we do apologize for that believe me that as soon we have any details we will let you know at the time we are going to improve more on our customer service"
I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. BestBuy is not where you should be spending money.

When the item says not added try to stay the course it will be available shortly just hang around a bit
