A:AnswerComing soon is a glitch with the website, it is very hard for it to handle hundreds of thousands of people going on at once. But when it says coming soon it is usually already out of stock.

My suggestion is make a friend with a Best Buy Employee and ask him to reach out when they get a shipment and BAM you have yourself a Console.

A:AnswerScalpers. People make bots to instantly buy all of the consoles in less than a second, and then resell them on ebay at a hugely inflated price. Best buy hasn't done anything about this because they make lots of money from scalpers buying all the consoles in an instant.
