QuestionHow come I had a Xbox Series X in my cart for 40 minutes and when the website finally loaded the checkout feature it tells me the Xbox is out of stock like I had never had the Xbox in my cart in the first place? How come for that BestBuy?

QuestionI've been trying to preorder an Xbox Series X on the website starting at 8:59 AM MST Sep. 22, 2020. I would refresh the page every couple of seconds for the first hour but was never able purchase. All it said was coming soon. Am I missing something?

QuestionWhy is Best Buy's pre-order system so woefully unable to process preorders in a timely manner. I lost several hours on both the PS5 preorder as well as the Xbox preorder. The false hope of letting you put the item in the cart but not letting you pay. Ugh

- Answer I was able to pre-order one. However, I did have issues about an hour into the official release time. The pre-order button magically replaced the Coming Soon button after about an hour of periodic refreshing. After that, there were a lot of errors going into checkout from the cart and then more errors when it came to paying. Finally got it after half an hour of trying to pay.
