BestBuy has added an extra step in the checkout where they have to e-mail you a verification code so that you can complete the transaction. I have found that to be a very helpful deterrent to bots. It took me roughly 6-8 weeks before I was able to get all the consoles my family wanted. The further away from December 2020 the better the odds have been.
A:AnswerIf you have Twitter, follow IGNDeals. They are constantly tweeting out exactly when certain items are restocked at Best Buy and other store. That’s how I managed to get mine.

A:AnswerBest bet is to go on Twitter and request next gen consoles restock and they will keep you updated when restock will be in especially in major department stores so you can be ready to get your order online. It took less then 2 weeks to get mine but had to drive 25 miles or more to pick up my next gen console overall I am 1 happy camper

I think you could get a better chance by checking on twitter and following Xbox/ps5 alert accounts and turning on your notifications and just be ready lol that’s how I got mine back in June 2021 so good luck
