  • QuestionDid the presale ever go live or am I crazy? I thought it was 11am.

    • Answer Apparently someone at BB needs to be fired. These were supposed to release at 11am and didn’t go live until WAY after. I was randomly on at 12:10 and all of a sudden they were showing available even though I could never make it to payment. Epic fail on your part.

  • QuestionWhat good is your pre order notifications when, in the case of the PS5 and now the Xbox Series X, your site crashes ("oops...something went wrong on our end...") and will not allow me to load a system in my cart? This is the second time it has happened!

The problem is this sites inability to protect itself site from BOT's that swoop in, blocking out everyone else, ordering up all the systems, leaving none for human customers. There's great news, though...we can all pre order controllers *rolls eyes
