A:AnswerI’m pretty sure they don’t do lists because they can’t guarantee the arrival or amount per truck. At least that was how it was when I purchased. I found out a day they were going to have more in stock, and how they would be released so everyone had a chance. They released like 3 every couple of minutes and I got.

Also, you are buying from Best Buy, so why wouldn't they limit it to their customers? Don't know what a "BOT cycle" is, so can't answer that.
Another thing to consider for everyone looking to buy a Xbox, we are in a global chip shortage. That does lower stock drastically, and scalpers with the assistance of bots grabbing all of stock to resell is not all of Best Buys fault. It is a very highly demanded item.
