A:AnswerIf you’re trying to get an Xbox right now you need to put some time in. There are many pages on Twitter that post restock alerts live and planned. You will need to follow these pages and have your notifications on for each of the ones you follow. Basically as soon as any store or website releases new stock, these pages send out notifications. At that point you have honestly about a minute or less to get to that app, add to cart, and complete the purchase before they go out of stock. Making sure you have all the main apps and accounts like (Best Buy, target, Walmart, Newegg, Antonline, Costco, sams club, etc...) pre loaded with your payment and shipping info will help significantly. It sounds crazy but I managed to buy two within a week of deciding I wanted one.

A:AnswerThey don't have any loyalty to customers. Spending thousands a year is meaningless to BestBuy. Scalpers will spend thousands everytime a product is restocked. They make more money selling to scalpers, so they don't care about anyone else. I asked customer service this question yesterday.

When the item says not added try to stay the course it will be available shortly just hang around a bit
