A:AnswerXboxes will only be available to those who pre-ordered. If you pre-ordered and are going to pick it up they are allowing people into the building before they open but only if you scheduled an appointment to do so.
A:AnswerPre orders are sold out but I heard a Microsoft representative say retailers have been given day one alottments to either pre order or sell in store on release day. That supply is probably pretty limited but some should be available at participating retailers.......that is if the employees don't claim them first. Go early or they'll be gone.

A:AnswerI have read so many articles. It looks that it’s highly unlikely that Best Buy or any other retailer for that matter will have any more pre orders prior to launch day. Since BB opened pre orders (And every other retailer) before Microsoft told them how many they were going to get, BB is probably holding onto all of their stock for release on launch day. Looks like we have to do the good old fashioned wait in line on launch day process. Even then, I’m concerned with Microsoft’s over use of the word “limited supply”. With the way it’s been going, I wouldn’t expect each store to get more than 5-10 consoles on launch day.
