A:AnswerUnfortunately, too many people are willing to buy from the scalpers on eBay, and the scalpers have bots to buy up all the stock as soon as it comes up for sale. I'm told Xboxes are usually sold out within a minute every time someone gets a shipment.
I don't see any end in sight, and the retailers don't seem inclined to stop it. As far as they're concerned, the scalpers' dollars are just as green as yours and mine, and the constant "sold out" status just makes it look like the product is insanely popular.

A:AnswerIt averagely restocks every Monday I believe. I use a twitter/discord bot to tell me when it is in stock and I got mine 5 days before Christmas and picked it up on the 23d.
