- Answer Access to the 24 month gamepass should have already been loaded on the gaming console when you opened the box! Return it to where you purchased it!!

- Answer The series X doesnt go in stock for in store purchase. When an order is placed, the warehouse ships the console to the store location of your choosing where you can pick it up... usually takes 3 weeks or less.
