“Can you order the Xbox Series X in-person even if they’re out of stock? In other words, does Best Buy allow you to order the individual console or just the bundle? I heard from GameStop that they were only making orders for people buying the bundle.”

Xbox Series X/S consoles are only available for order online at Best Buy through the holiday period. Due to overwhelming demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available, though. If you have not been able to purchase one, be sure to check back with Best Buy online. We expect more consoles to be available in the future.
