“I am getting an error when trying to place my order for the Xbox Series X. I have kept up the same "checking out" tab all-day and I have an order number. Any idea when the problem will be resolved? Or should I call support?”

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to purchase one, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available in the future.
