“Why did the pre-order not open up? Did I miss it or did they make a mistake? I was waiting right at 10 am to reserve the console. Last time I wait to pre-order someone with Best Buy if they don't actually open it when it says it will be open.”

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.
